Teacher Education Courses
The Central Florida Orff Chapter offers summer AOSA-approved Orff Schulwerk Teacher Education Courses, a three-level sequence of professional development for music educators. Through hands-on instruction in music, movement, speech, improvisation, pedagogy, and recorder, participants will deepen their understanding of the Orff-Schulwerk approach, gaining practical and effective strategies they can apply immediately in the classroom. At the end of Level III, teachers will receive a Certificate of Completion from the American Orff-Schulwerk Association.
Information about our Summer 2027 course offerings will be posted as soon as plans are finalized. In the meantime, you are welcome to review the Summer 2026 course information below to become familiar with the program. Please note that course dates, fees, instructors, and level offerings may change from year to year.
